RSS Reporter for SQL Server

Job Feeds

RSS Reporter for SQL Server generates three types of job feeds: current job status feeds; historical job status feeds and job-detail feeds containing all the steps of a given job.

By default RSS Reporter generates a current status and a historical status feed that aggregates all the selected jobs from all servers in the profile and one such feed for each server. RSS Reporter for SQL Server provides a set of parameters that allow you to configure the job feeds for every SQL Server instance in your profile. You can select to include jobs based on:

Furthermore you can choose to display the SQL command of each job step, and lastly you can determine how far back the "historical" feeds should go - up to 99 last executions of a job.

Scope of the configuration parameters: please note that the scope of the configuration parameters described above is the selected "registration" of the SQL Server instance - they apply to all the RSS feeds associated with that registration. You can create multiple registrations of the same SQL Server instance in your profile.
