xSQL Data Compare allows you to export the data rows to a CSV file directly from any of the the results tabs - the "Different Rows" tab, the "Left Rows" tab or the "Right Rows" tab. Simply right click on the tab you want to export and then click on "Export to CSV". Note that all columns will be included in the exported file even those on which no different values were found.
