xSQL Data Compare

Comparison Results

The results of the data comparison will be displayed on a new window. The top section of the results window contains the list of table pairs that were compared. For each table pair it displays the number of rows that were found to be different, the number of rows that were found only on the left table, the number of rows that were found only on the right table and the "where clause" that was applied to filter the rows.

The bottom section contains three tabs that display rows from the pair that is selected on the top section. The first tab displays the rows that were found on both tables in the pair but they had different values in at least one of the columns. The second tab contains rows that were found only on the left table and the last tab cotain rows that were found only on the right table.

By default all pairs of columns are displayed in the "Different Rows" tab but you can choose to hide the equal columns in which case only the pairs of columns from the selected table where different values were found on at least one row will be displayed. For any of the rows displayed on this tab there is at least one pair of values that is different.
